All this week, the AV Club has ran a 4-part interview with Parks and Recreation executive producer Michael Schur. In it he comments on each episode from Season 3, as well as discusses the season as a whole and the general vision of for the show. Obviously if you're a fan of Parks and Rec. you should read this. But even if you're just a fan of television this is a fantastic read as it really gives you an inside look at the behind-the-scenes process of what goes into making great televison.
